Vision and mission

When a buyer asks AI who to trust, the answer should be fair, and every good company should be able to see it.

For twenty years, a company could look up where it ranked on Google. Now more buyers ask an AI assistant for a shortlist instead, and most companies have no idea what that assistant says about them. WebVisiblity exists to close that gap, honestly.

What we see

The shortlist is moving somewhere most companies cannot see

51%of B2B software buyers now start their research with an AI chatbot more often than with Google.G2, 2026
64%of those buyers say AI gives them inaccurate recommendations often or very often.G2, 2026
66%of B2B buyers have noticed vendors missing from AI results.Semrush, 2026
95%of the time, buyers choose from one of the four vendors on their first-day shortlist.6sense, 2025

Put together: buyers increasingly start with AI, AI is often wrong or incomplete, good companies go missing, and the first shortlist usually decides the deal. That is a problem for buyers and sellers alike.

Our vision

A market where a buyer who asks AI for help gets a fair answer, and every good company can see that answer and earn its place in it with the truth.

Our mission

Show companies, in plain words, what AI and Google tell their buyers; help them fix what is wrong or missing; and prove what changed, in enquiries and revenue, not in vanity scores.

How we do it

See, fix, prove

SeeWhat AI and Google actually say

The real answers ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity give to your buyers' questions, and Google's AI Overviews, saved word for word with the date.

FixWhat to change, in order

Which facts are wrong, which sources shape the answer, which pages to publish next, and help writing them from your own website.

ProveWhether it worked

The same questions asked the same way every week, shown as ranges, next to the enquiries and revenue each source brought in.

What we believe

Six beliefs that shape every decision

Show the answer, not just a score.A number means little unless you can read what was actually said. Every number we report links to the AI answers behind it.
Earn the mention. Never game it.AI names companies the web describes clearly and often. The lasting way in is better facts, better pages and real mentions, not tricks that stop working.
One answer is not a trend.AI answers change from run to run. We ask each question more than once, keep the wording fixed, and show results as ranges.
A small company deserves the same view as a big brand.Knowing what AI tells your buyers should not need an enterprise budget. That is why there is a free check and a fixed monthly price.
Plain words over clever ones.If a marketing team cannot explain a finding to its boss in one sentence, we have not done our job.
Measure what pays the bills.Being named matters because it leads to enquiries and sales. We connect the two, so a company can judge the work by results.
Lines we do not cross

What we will never do

Where we are today

An honest account

What works nowA free check, Live AI Monitoring across four AI assistants and Google's AI Overviews, Google Visibility with enquiries and revenue, the Mentiq writer, and ready-made setups for 54 industries.
What we do not have yetPublished case studies. We are a young company, and we will only publish results a customer has agreed to share.
Where we are honest about limitsAI answers vary, so we measure trends, not certainties. We do not hold our own SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate today; our hosting provider does.
Where we are heading

What we are building towards

Directions, not dated promises. We will announce each step when it is real, on the announcements page.

Every assistant, one viewAs new AI assistants become places where buyers ask, a company should see them next to the ones it already tracks, with the same questions and the same method.
From answer to saleA company should be able to follow a buyer from the AI answer that named it, to the enquiry, to the order, without guessing.
Every market, every languageA packaging machine maker in Pune and a software firm in Austin should get the same quality of view, in the language their buyers use.
Better answers for buyersWhen companies publish clear, true facts about themselves, AI has better material to work with. More honest information on the web is good for everyone who asks.
