Refund and cancellation policy

The report is a digital product that starts being produced as soon as payment succeeds, so it cannot be cancelled afterwards.

Refunds. If we cannot deliver your report, or it is clearly broken, email varun.daynight@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will either fix it or refund you in full. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.

There is no physical shipping. Delivery is online, normally within a few minutes.
